SJCA P.C. provides a comprehensive scope of quality engineering services through out the State of Indiana and recently expanding to Ohio. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, SJCA has established a reputation for the design and management of projects that are of high quality and delivered on schedule. Founded in 1998, we have grown due to the hard work and efforts of our staff and the working relationship with our clients. Over the years, they have remained a leaders in the profession. Expanding from a transportation engineering firm, to one that provides a full complement of civil engineering and land surveying services. In addition to customary services, SJCA offers the unique components of site/civil engineering, utility coordination, right-of-way engineering services, and construction observation. By expanding our services to address client needs, we are able to be involved with a project from conception to its successful completion.
