NEAS was founded in 1992 and has developed from a two-person bridge firm to a thriving, multi-disciplined operation. NEAS is a certified DBE firm in the state of Ohio and provides geotechnical engineering, drilling and laboratory testing, survey, right-of way plan development, subsurface utility locating and construction inspection, management and materials testing.
