In her career, Caroline has worked on all facets of transportation projects throughout Ohio and Kentucky, while specializing in pedestrian, trail, signal, and lighting projects.  143Engineers specializes in Bicycle Facilities & Enhancement Design, Roadway Design, Interchange Justification / Modification Study, Basic Traffic Signal Design, Traffic Signal System Design, Limited and Complex Highway Lighting Design, Safety Studies, and funding applications.
